Blinded by the Light Movie Review
Blinded by the Light is an incredibly inspirational film. It’s the story of a Pakistani teenager named Javed (Viveik Kalra) who’s going through a tremendous identity crisis. In a unique fashion, his story shows us that the most important thing in life is to discover who we are. Growing beyond childhood regularly takes being forced into it when we’re not ready. Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark Movie Review
I must confess that I have never read the books this film is based on. That being said, I was still looking very forward to seeing this movie. The reason? It’s meant to be a bit provocative, as well, but not so much so that it takes over the riveting nature of a reasonably well-made action/drama to include a distracting, ill-fitting romance of some sort. Surprise Me! Movie Review
‘Surprise Me!’ can be thought of as the very reason the term ‘Chick Flick’ was coined. It missed the boat on being the reason the nickname actually came to be but nuzzles comfortably in its neck. Read more
