Missing the days of the reliable Rom-com? “Theyyy’re baaack,” with “You, Me & Tuscany.” We meet Anna (Halle Bailey from “The Little Mermaid”) in a gorgeous penthouse, dressed to the Nines and carrying a pompous, fluffy little pooch. Anna is gorgeous, and so is the way in which she lives. ​
