Universal Pictures’ ‘RENFIELD’ starring Nicholas Hoult and Nicolas Cage will close out the 2023 Phoenix Film Festival

Universal Pictures release of “RENFIELD” starring Nicolas Cage, and Nicholas Hoult has been announced as the Closing Night Film at the 23rd annual Phoenix Film Festival, premiering Sunday, April 2nd at Harkins Scottsdale 101 at 7:15pm.

In this modern monster tale of Dracula’s loyal servant, Nicholas Hoult (MAD MAX: FURY ROAD, X-MEN Franchise) stars at Renfield, the tortured aid to history’s most narcissistic boss, Dracula (Oscar ® winner Nicolas Cage).  Renfield is forced to procure his master’s prey and do his every bidding, no matter how debased.  But now, after centuries of servitude, Renfiedl is ready to see if there’s a life outside the shadow of the Prince of Darkness.  If only he can figure out how to end his codependency.
