Among other things, the documentary is about Doug Tompkins Conservation’s partnership with Chile and Argentina and how they created or expanded seventeen national parks.
I was so LUCKY to have had an opportunity to see this exceptional documentary and meet the woman behind the story. Yes. This movie is about Space. Director Sandy Cummings gets into hope, too, something that can often be a terrible thing. The film is most certainly about Charity.

“It Ain’t Over” is a wonderfully made documentary about a famous old-time baseball player. He is named Lawrence Peter, but that is only his first and middle names. Everybody knows this guy by his nickname – “Yogi” Berra. This was the goofy-looking, hard-slugging, wisdom-spouting player who was a major star in the Major Leagues. Read more

I read Judy Blume’s “Are You There God? It’s Me, Margaret.” several times and passed it on to my daughter, making her read it, which she happily did, also more than once. This will go on forever, mothers making sure their children read one of the best YA (young adult literature) writers who ever lived. Just think of her achievements!
