Getting fully into this new āTime Banditsā series is easier if youāve never seen its predecessor. Though creators Jemaine Clement, Iain Morris, Taika Waititi do a good job of recreating the original intent, itās for the love of all things Python that we watch. Letting that go will help you to just have fun in Waititiās world, as itās impossible to forget Gilliamās, especially with familiar phrases like āpointed stickā coming out of nowhere on occasion. Hold onto the love youāll feel when you hear them, but fall just as hard for this new creation, as well. If you do, youāll have a good time.

āBad Monkeyā is based on the novel of the same name, written by Carl Hiassen. Itās a comedic crime thriller, as is the show, whichā¦ has a great soundtrack! The title says a lot. It should say a severely underused monkey and a somewhat bad show, but okay, I wonāt be that harsh. Itās just not enough of cute Crystal the Monkey from āHangover 2ā and āNight at the Museumā and more of the same from Vince Vaughn, who plays Andrew Yancy.
