Wtf happened to txtMovieClub?
Easy tiger, I know a lot of you are passionate about our original website txtMovieClub. We are too, but it was time to evolve. Not only does the new site have a fresh mobile friendly design, but we also saved you a whole bunch of URL keystrokes.
Q: What is this site?
A: Before the iPhone, a few of us opened a site that offered free movie screening passes via text message, a bit of a side project for our software business. It grew and a community formed around it. Then we thought, can we not only give away free advance movie screening passes, but also make money offering reel deals to our community?
Q: Reel Deals? Shouldn't it be Real Deals?

You found us! We were so overdue for a website redesign that we decided to change the name too. Even though most of you referred to us as tmc. Now we really are tmc.io. You’re welcome for saving you the keystrokes.
Q: Seriously, why the deals?
A: Because you love deals and we like giving them to you. Plus, one of our founders has a sweet liquidation connection and get this stuff for pennies on the dollar.
Q: Why would I buy something from tmc.io?
A: Look, we’re not making millions here, just finding a way to keep the lights on and continue to offer you free movie screenings and swag. Buy a reel deal if you want, or don’t, the movies will always be free.
Q: Ok, I get it, you sell limited deals, that can disappear in an instant.
A: Now you reelly got it!
Q: What else is there to do here?
A: Besides saving cash on something you may or may not need? A whole bunch! Read the latest movie reviews, score passes to a free movie screening, or enter to win some cool movie swag you can’t buy in stores.
Q: Can I buy something after it's gone?
A: Not likely, these are typically one-time offers. Once they sell out, they’re gone.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: You mean to Canada? Yes, but no other countries at this time.
Q: Will you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: We don’t, but places like APO Box or Ship It APO will forward it on for a fee.
Q: How much is shipping? How will it be shipped? Can I pay to expedite it?
A: Shipping varies, but we’re going to ship it the cheapest way we can possibly find. Usually that’s USPS first class. It’ll probably be 3-6 days before you get it. And no you can’t get it any faster.
Q: Ok, it's slow shipping, but when will it be shipped? And how can I track it?
A: We will pack and ship your reel deal usually the day after you bought it (we don’t ship on weekends). Once it ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Q: What's your return policy?
A: If it’s damaged, defective, or jacked, we’ll either refund or replace it at our discretion. Just email us and tell us all about it.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: Look down, way down.
Q: But how do I talk to a real person on the phone?
A: Sorry, we don’t do that. Email support is cheap, and so are we. We do live chat when we’re not watching movies though. Click that little chat icon on the bottom right corner.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Currently Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover and many other credit and debit cards. Not Paypal unless a whole bunch of you ask for it.
Q: Can I order using my phone / tablet / mobile device?
A: Yes, we made it easy for you to buy reel deals from most anything mobile. But you don’t need an app, the site’s responsive, so it should work just fine on your phone or tablet.
